Ryan Isaac, CFP®

Co-founder / Sr. Advisor

Hey, I’m Ryan. I’ve been a financial advisor to dentists for over 17 years and helped build Dentist Advisors from the ground up with one clear mission: to do this work differently. From the beginning, my passion has been helping dentists make smart financial decisions without the confusion, pressure, or industry “noise” that so often comes with money conversations.

Dentist Advisors’ co-founder, Reese Harper and I shared a vision for creating something better, a company that leads with education, meets people where they are, and helps them move toward what they want most. To me, money is a tool that helps support a life filled with purpose, connection, excitement, and flow.

For me, client success isn’t about chasing the next investment or obsessing over numbers. It’s when life feels aligned. Work feels meaningful, money isn’t a constant source of stress, and there’s space for family, health, friendships, creativity, rest, and joy. Success is owning what money does in your life, not the other way around.

I’ve spent nearly two decades immersed in every part of a dentist’s world, from personal finances to business ownership and beyond. Dentists and money are what I know best.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me near the ocean. I love surfing, ocean photography, traveling to surf spots around the world, staying active, walking as much as possible, practicing breathwork and meditation, sipping good coffee, and spending time with the people I love.
