Matt Mulcock, CFP®

Managing Partner / Sr. Advisor

Hi, I’m Matt Mulcock, CFP®, Managing Partner at Dentist Advisors. I lead our advisors and support teams with one goal in mind: helping dentists make better financial decisions so they can reach financial freedom sooner and live a good life along the way. My work focuses on practice and life transitions, investing, debt management, tax strategy, and cash flow design.

Dentistry is unique because it sits at the intersection of running a business, being a clinician, and living a meaningful life outside the practice. I’m passionate about helping dentists navigate that complexity with clarity and confidence. To me, client success often shows up as a quiet sigh of relief, the moment someone realizes they’re going to be okay and that their plan makes sense.

I’ve been a financial advisor for 13 years and have spent the last eight with Dentist Advisors. Before joining the firm, I worked as a Financial Consultant at Fidelity Investments, where I began my career and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. My strengths as an advisor include connecting easily with people, explaining complex topics in a way that feels approachable, and leading with empathy through challenging financial decisions.

Outside of work, my favorite role is being a dad to my daughter, Millie, and my son, Emmett. We love spending time outdoors together, especially skiing in the Utah mountains. I also enjoy reading, staying active, and, for better or worse, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
