Jake Elm, CFP®
Jake is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a graduate of Utah Valley University’s nationally ranked Personal Financial Planning program. As a financial advisor at Dentist Advisors, he provides dentists with fiduciary guidance related to investments, debt, savings, taxes, and insurance. Since joining the company in 2018, Jake has played a key role in enhancing the firm’s investment management processes. He is also the author of a popular weekly blog called “Money Talks.”

Ryan Moncrief has spent much of his career in the dental industry and has been involved in over one thousand valuations, successful doctor-to-doctor practice transitions, and DSO transactions over the past 10 years. He serves as the Principal and President of McLerran & Associates. Ryan’s background encompassing finance, accounting, marketing, and sales provides him with a unique skillset to serve his clients in all aspects of a practice sale or DSO affiliation. Ryan is a native Texan and resides in Austin, TX with his wife and daughter.
