Reduce Stress by Increasing Liquidity

There is a high correlation between stress and lack of liquidity. The less liquid you are, the more stress you’ll carry. This stress can influence your practice in a negative way and cause you to make decisions that are unnatural, constrained, or forced. Build liquidity, and watch your stress decline as your mind and body have a chance to make the decisions that push you down your optimal path.
