Lauren Kearl, CFP®

Financial Advisor

Hi, I’m Lauren Kearl, CFP®, a Financial Advisor at Dentist Advisors. I help dentists get organized, make thoughtful financial decisions, and feel confident about what comes next. My work focuses on student loans, cash flow strategy, practice transitions, tax coordination, and long-term investing, all with the goal of creating clarity and momentum.

I became a financial advisor after watching many people, including my own parents, struggle during the housing crisis. I saw firsthand how much preparation, awareness, and a clear financial plan can shape someone’s future. When my family needed guidance, no one stepped in to help, and that experience motivated me to become the kind of advisor I wish they had. I want to show up for people, offer steady guidance, and help them build a more stable and confident financial life.

To me, client success means feeling prepared and in control. I want clients to understand their spending, income, and investments so money feels calm and manageable rather than overwhelming. My favorite moments are when clients tell me they finally feel organized and clear about their finances. When money becomes less of a stressor and more of a source of strength, I know I’ve done my job.

I’ve worked at Dentist Advisors for over six years. I graduated from Utah Valley University’s nationally ranked Personal Financial Planning program and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, doing puzzles, organizing, and trying new escape rooms. My favorite place to be is with my husband, Matt, and our dog, Otis.
